With over 22 years of experience, Cassondra Ewing is an experienced Retail Professional with progressive experience in cost of goods and negotiation, profit and loss oversight, data analysis, buying and merchandising, executive level presentations, project management, training, and cross-functional team development. She utilizes strong communication and leadership to effectively manage complex projects and empower teams to meet business goals and objectives.
During her time at Walmart, Cassondra collaborated with many of the top 10 global CPG companies, as well as participated in many initiatives such as South Africa’s integration, global training and development, supplier onboarding, and complete category oversight.
Cassondra earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Throughout her career, Cassondra has earned many professional awards including: Walmart Buyer of the Year 4 times; Walmart Buyer of the Quarter 6 times; Walmart Department of the Year—Strategy Award; Professional Candy Buyer of the Year 2002. “Buyer of the Year" award recipients are honored by achieving sales, profit and turn goals in conjunction with the collaboration internally with cross functional team members as well as externally with the supplier partners.
Cassondra is a member of both the Network of Executive Women (NEW), currently serving on the Programs sub-committee and the National Association for Professional Women (NAPW), currently serving as President Rogers, Arkansas Chapter.
Neelam has 13+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry working at Procter & Gamble (P&G) for 11 years and then branching out onto his own as a business and strategy consultant. He now leverages this breadth of experience in uncovering consumer insights and behaviors as a strategy consultant to enable his clients to improve their chances of success in product launches, understanding of industries/capabilities, create brand and brand strategies, sales calls and commercialization of technology. His approach has helped his clients grow their businesses, get acquired and helped them expand into new product lines, services and categories. While at P&G, he worked in Finance, Marketing and Sales (on the Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts). He also led the North America Iams business as Brand Manager and then was asked to be Innovation Manager for P&G’s New Business Creation organization exploring new and disruptive products and business models for P&G brands. As a consultant, Neelam works with clients ranging from start-ups to $250+MM companies and expanding across multiple categories including pet food, snacks, air care, home cleaning, home improvement, electronics, energy, healthcare, home services and marketing/media. He works at all levels within an organization bringing his breadth of finance, marketing, sales and operations experience to his clients. While he specializes in business analysis, business modeling, strategy development and marketing, he has a talent for exploring, developing and validating disruptive consumer and business model solutions for his clients. Separately, Neelam manages an investment portfolio focusing primarily on real estate – raising capital for investment managers while providing investment opportunities, due diligence, analysis and tracking for his investment clients. Prior to joining Procter & Gamble in 2001, Neelam attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he graduated with a degree in Finance. He also interned at Ford Motor Company as an Industrial Engineering Systems Analyst.
With 14 years of experience, Matthew Ewing is an experienced IT Professional with experience in Service Management and Support.
During his time with Walmart, Matthew worked on numerous new store system setup projects and initiatives such as the Chile system conversions.
Matthew earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Information Science from Arkansas Tech University. Throughout his career, Matthew has earned numerous awards, including Project Analyst of the Year in 2014 for new store systems.
Matthew is ITIL certified in Foundations and Service Operations.
